Daily Player Updates

www.fantasybaseballbiggame.com offers three different league types to select from.  Big Game and Independent leagues allow owners to compete against 24 other teams in a rotisserie scoring method.  Teams try to accumulate the most points in the league by competing in 10 different scoring categories.  Categories are scored using the standard rotisserie format.  Point totals are tallied and the team with the highest point total is the league winner.  For more information on rotisserie format, please visit our big game and independent league rules section.

The third style of league play offered are our Head to Head (H2H) leagues.  H2H leagues will consist of 22 teams. Each team will compete against another team for the week. The winner will be the team which accumulates the most points for the week among the two teams.  Weekly match ups will be determined randomly before the start of the first week's games.  Won/Loss Records will be compiled, based on your 21 weekly head to head match ups. At the conclusion of the 21 week head to head schedule, the teams with the six best records will advance to the three round playoff series.  The top two teams will receive a bye from the first round, automatically advancing into the second round.  For more information on point scoring format, please visit our
Head to Head (H2H) rules section.

Big Game leagues have a set entry fee ($250).  Owners will compete for league prizes, as well as overall prizes.  In addition to be scored in your league, all Big Game team entries will also be scored against each other.  The team with the highest overall point total will not only win their league prize, but they will also win the Grand prize of $20,000!!!

All entry fees and prize money secured through Wachovia Bank.

Independent leagues are held separately from the Big Game leagues.  The entry fees vary from $100-$500 per league, allowing owners to select what works best for them.  In addition, since owners are not competing for an overall grand prize, the individual league prize totals are considerably higher in Independent leagues.

Owners are required to be at drafts on time!  When your turn comes up, you will have your allotted time to select a player.  If you are not online and your time expires, you will be assigned a player by the draft software being used for the draft.  When selecting draft times, please note, it may take up to ten and a half hours to complete a 25 team draft.  (That assumes each team takes their full allotted 60 seconds to make their selection.  If teams select quicker the draft will go quicker; however, no team will be rushed by other drafting owners).  If you sign up, be prepared for a marathon!  Please do not attempt to participate in a draft if you will be connecting to the internet with a dial up connection.  Teams owners are responsible for securing a reliable and stable internet connection.

To sign up, please complete the
Big Game Sign Up form.  We can have more than one draft running simultaneously; however, leagues will fill on a first come-first served basis.  Join now!!!
