Fantasy Baseball Big Game Contests

www.fantasybaseballbiggame.com offers two (2) different league types to select from.

Player Position Eligibility charts

The Fantasy Baseball Big Game Roto leagues consist of 25 teams, allowing owners to compete against 24 other teams in a rotisserie scoring method. Teams try to accumulate the most points in the league by competing in 10 different scoring categories. Categories are scored using the standard rotisserie format. Point totals are tallied and the team with the highest point total is the league winner. For complete rules, please visit our big game independent league rules section.

Head to Head (H2H) leagues consist of 22 teams, allowing owners to compete against 21 other teams in a weekly match ups determined by point totals. Each team will compete against another team for the week. The winner will be the team which accumulates the most points for the week among the two teams. Weekly match ups will be determined randomly before the start of the first week's games. Won/Loss Records will be compiled, based on your 21 weekly head to head match ups. At the conclusion of the 21 week head to head schedule, the teams with the six best records will advance to the three round playoff series. The top two teams will receive a bye from the first round, automatically advancing into the second round. For complete rules, please visit our Head to Head (H2H) rules section.

Owners are required to be at drafts on time! When your turn comes up, you will have your allotted time to select a player. If you are not online and your time expires, you will be assigned a player by the draft software being used for the draft. When selecting draft times, please note, it may take up to ten and a half hours to complete a 25 team draft. (That assumes each team takes their full allotted 60 seconds to make their selection. If teams select quicker the draft will go quicker; however, no team will be rushed by other drafting owners). If you sign up, be prepared for a marathon! Please do not attempt to participate in a draft if you will be connecting to the internet with a dial up connection. Teams owners are responsible for securing a reliable and stable internet connection.

In 2008, we also had two Fantasy Baseball Big Game "Mock Drafts." Both leagues were free to the first 25 owners to sign up. The leagues were played out all season, with the league champions being awarded $250 each.
