Top 25 Second Basemen
Michael Lins 4/3/09

Chase Utley appears to be ready for opening day.  He may get off to a bit of a slow start, which will cost him a little bit of production.  Don't let Phillips fall too far.  If he can hit for any kind of average, he can swipe the #1 spot from Kinsler.  Let others spend a first or early second round pick on Pedroia.  It will be their disappointment.

If you are looking for value, Aaron Hill should be recovered from his concussion and ready to pick up where he left off in 2007.
