The majority of fantasy owners will select Hanley Ramirez with the first overall pick, and while he will make an excellent first pick, Jose Reyes will slightly outperform him.  I look for Reyes to steal at least 70 bases this year and wouldn't be surprised if he approached 100.  After the first three picks, there is a significant dropoff.  Unless you have a high pick, you'll likely miss out on the top 3.  If you do, don't panic, there is still some value out there, but you definitely don't want to still be looking after the first dozen are off the table.
